The Support Worker Team at Safe Haven draw on many life experiences: some of us have lived in experience of mental health issues either personally or within family or friends. Others come from many walks of life: some of us are trained in psychology, social work, mentoring, recovery work and other caring professions.
Whatever our background we all share one common goal: to provide a place where people can come and not be judged and most importantly be listened to.
Woking Safe Haven is provided in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust, NHS North West Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group and Catalyst, a provider of mental health wellbeing support, drug and alcohol services and counselling.
