Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment, using breathing and meditation techniqdropues. It helps to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings so that instead of being overwhelmed by them, you are better able to manage them.

 

Mindfulness is proven to help with stress, anxiety, depression and addictive behaviours, and can even have a positive effect upon physical problems and chronic pain.

 

Please note: mindfulness is not suitable for people actively experiencing PTSD, psychosis or in crisis.
