CornerHouse has a range of meeting rooms in both Woking and Addlestone for local community mental health and wellbeing organisations and groups. Bookings for one off events, e.g. AGMs, training, or regular events can be considered and provided at low cost.

Living with Anxiety

Suitable for: Any adult who experiences anxiety. When: Thursday 6.30-8.30pm, CornerHouse Woking Overview: This programme explores the causes of anxiety, it’s effects and looks into ways to reduce symptoms to make provoking situations more manageable. The weekly groups will also cover topics surrounding severe anxiety, panic attacks, panic disorder, OCD and PTSD.

Wellbeing Groups

CornerHouse runs weekly Wellbeing Groups including a Pre & Postnatal Depression and Young Persons (18-25) support group.
